If it runs on propane, we work on it
Most people find us for a tank or a gas line. These are the other jobs we get called for — repairs, swaps, conversions and the small work that keeps a system safe. If it runs on propane, ask us.

You do not need to have bought your system from us. We work on propane systems somebody else installed every week — and if it turns out the work is not something we do, we will tell you who does.
Repairs & leak work
A leak found, a line damaged by landscaping, a fitting weeping after years of heat cycling. We pressure test, find it, and repair it — then test again before the system goes back in service.
Regulator replacement
Regulators harden and drift out of range with age, starving appliances long before they fail outright. First stage, second stage or integral two-stage, sized to your load.
Tank swaps & removals
Upsizing because you added a pool heater or a generator, or taking out a tank that is no longer used. Includes purge, disconnect, haul-away and restoring the ground.
Appliance connections
Adding a range, dryer, fireplace, grill, pool heater or tankless to a system you already have. Line sized for the new load, not just teed into the nearest run.
Natural gas to propane conversions
Appliances built for natural gas need the right conversion kit and an orifice change to burn propane safely. We do the conversion and confirm the burn.
Gas line extensions & stub-outs
Running a line to a new fire feature, outdoor kitchen or generator pad — or leaving a capped stub now so the next project is a connection instead of a dig.
Pressure tests & system checks
Buying, selling or insuring a property with propane on it? A documented pressure test and system check gives you something in writing.
Code corrections
Failed an inspection, or inherited a system somebody else installed wrong. We assess what it needs to pass and bring it up to code.
Storm and post-flood checks
After a hurricane or flood, tanks shift, lines strain and water gets where it should not. We check the system before you put it back in service.
Cathodic protection testing
Buried tanks are protected by sacrificial anodes that wear out. We take the reading, tell you where you stand against the −0.85 volt standard, and keep the record on file.
Commercial gas work
Restaurants, hotels, builders and property managers — kitchen equipment, rooftop units, generator fuel and multi-unit systems, installed to code.
Generator fuel systems
Sizing, tank placement, trenching, piping and connection so a standby generator actually runs when the grid goes down. See how it works →
Peace of Mind covers the small stuff
Members get an annual safety inspection, leak and pressure testing, tank level monitoring and priority response when something needs attention — a monthly fee, first month free, and only on systems we installed.
See what’s covered →Tell us what it’s doing
Describe the problem in your own words — a smell, a pilot that will not stay lit, a heater that runs cold, a tank that empties too fast. We will tell you what it usually is before anyone comes out.
Licensed, insured, and doing this a long time
