Private Utility Locate
Sunshine 811 only marks lines the utility companies own. Walk the property with the customer and find the private lines — sprinklers, septic, pool, lighting, outbuilding power — before the tank goes in or a trench is dug. Do this with the Pre-Install Walkthrough.

I walked the property with Gas Solutions Plus and pointed out every private line I know of. I understand Sunshine 811 does not mark privately owned lines, and that a line that was not pointed out or could not be found may not be avoidable during the work.
