One list, every tool
Add somebody here and their name appears in the sign-in dropdowns across the dashboard, the technician portal and the delivery tickets. Remove them and it disappears everywhere. Nobody has to be edited in three places again.

Somebody who does two jobs can be added twice — once under each role.
The passcodes are separate
This list is who appears in the dropdowns. The office and crew passcodes are what
actually lets them in, and those are unchanged.
